Whether Cross Country, Marathons or just going for a gentle jog with your local club, as a Personal Trainer and qualified Level 2 Athletics Coach, you only have to tell us what you need and we will work with you so you have your own bespoke training package.  First things first though as there is certain information I will need to ensure the programme is appropriate for your need, such as height, weight and what your goal is.
